Their Communication Need
The Spanish National Organisation of the Blind (ONCE) is an organisation that strives to fully integrate the visually impaired in society through employment. ONCE's model of training, education, integration and employment has been truly successful in Spain but not very well known abroad. ONCE wanted to raise awareness of issues surrounding the visually impaired and explain the ONCE model in a regulatory environment.

The Business Communication Solution
Morris & Chapman was asked by the agency in charge of the exhibition to design and build and exhibition in the European Parliament (Brussels) next to the front entrance. The exhibition would showcase ONCE's achievements and offered many interactive features for visitors. These included objects used in daily life by the visually impaired and enhanced computers that allowed the visually impaired to access the Internet or listen to audio books. The exhibition was also fully accessible to the visually impaired and people with other disabilities.

Results
The exhibition was up for 4 days and virtually everyone entering the Parliament during that time saw it more than once. Many people stopped to review the exhibition and request more information. The opening reception was also a success with many high level attendees and good media coverage.

Client Comment
"Nous avons eu un très agréable séjour à Bruxelles, et nous en sommes très satisfaits des résultats.."
