Their Communication Need
SimCorp, with 590 people, develops and globally markets integrated investment and treasury management systems. As part of this, they have an annual event to for their 100 largest accounts. This allows not only the thank you, but for SimCorp to communicate changes in their missions critical software. It also allows the clients, who are almost all in the same industry, a chance to interact with each other.
SimCorp's last yearly event was in Brussels. For that, they contacted Morris & Chapman.
The Business Communication Solution
After evaluating many options, Morris & Chapman proposed an event in a castle outside of Brussels. The main part of the event would be a full day seminar. The night before that seminar though would be a high quality dinner in an old lambic brewery. It was felt this would provide a classy, yet not overly formal, atmosphere.
Results
Both the audience and SimCorp were very pleased with the meeting. The audience easily voted it the highest satisfaction ever for this type of meeting. SimCorp was pleased about that and about the event stayed within the agreed budget.
