second to none. However, the school website, which grew organically over the years, did not reflect this image. Moreover, the advertising, publications and other communication material were not coherent.
The Business Communication Solution
Morris & Chapman worked with St John's to develop both a graphic style and achieve alignment on the key messages within the school. With the website as a flagship, Morris & Chapman developed
a graphic identity for the school that is now used on all communication material. Morris & Chapman also set up several photo shoots and reorganised the internal image library to shoot or find the right imagery.
Results
Both the new brand and the new site have had a direct impact on the visibility of the school. Online visibility and conveying the right image, especially for a school like St John's, is crucial. According to parents
and students who choose St. John's, the site communicated the right messages and feeling.
