Morris & Chapman are firm believers that even the smallest problem can ruin an otherwise successful event. That is why we work with you to perfect your event using our 7 stage Event Management Procedure.

Cocktails, Dinners, Field Production Promotions, Award Ceremonies or Exhibitions - our goal remains the same: to ensure that your audience receives the message you want to convey.

What We Do
Morris & Chapman will work with you to plan your event and then we will manage it from initial idea to post-event windup. We will make all arrangements necessary for planning including sending out and receiving information, photography, rental of equipment, facilities, etc. On the day of the event we will be there with however many additional staff are required for perfection.

Once the event is successfully completed, we will manage the post-event clean up including returning equipment, thank you letters, dissolving the web site if one was used, post-events including number and type of visitors, most popular issues, etc.

Event Communications
Invitations and an event-specific website are considered the backbone of cost-effective event promotion communications. We can produce other promotion of the event including advertising, envelopes, flyers and telemarketing. We are also very familiar with producing the materials required on the day(s) of the event including note or letter paper, booklets, video, print, CD-ROM handouts and online video and audio to enable worldwide access to the event. We will work with a PR agency to ensure high visibility and coverage by the press.
