The Plasticisers and Flexible PVC Information Centre is an initiative of the European Council for Plasticisers and Intermediates (ECPI), a Brussels-based trade association representing seven major companies involved in the production of plasticisers in Europe. ECPI is a sector group within CEFIC, the European Chemical Industry Council. In a partnership with Cambre Associates, we have restructured the content and upgraded the design of the website.
