The European Lotteries is the umbrella organisation of national lotteries operating games of chance for the public benefit. EL brings together state-owned and private operators, both profit and non-profit, who operate on behalf of the state. Following the decision of the EL General Assembly in June 2016, the EL magazine became a digital publication with the help of Morris & Chapman and Hill+Knowlton. The platform has modernised the look and feel of the magazine whilst keeping all of its functinalities.
