The challenge
Amazon wanted a single event in Brussels that could combine a high-level policy conference with a visible, tangible showcase of Amazon vendors from across Europe.
What we did
Morris & Chapman designed and delivered the Amazon Academy Conference 2025 in Brussels, bringing together policy debate and vendor storytelling in one coherent format. Our work covered event concept and structure, programme development, spatial and visual design, stakeholder and vendor coordination, and full on-site production.
Results
The conference successfully connected EU policy discussions with real-world business experience. It achieved strong engagement from Brussels audiences and gave clear visibility to vendors from across Europe.
