The challenge

Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) wanted to highlight the people behind the cruise industry – a diverse, global workforce driving innovation, inclusivity, and sustainability. The goal was to present this story in an engaging, modern report that would inspire and inform policymakers, partners, and prospective talent.

What we did

We designed An Ocean of Opportunities as a visually rich publication that brings the cruise workforce to life. Through bold typography, clear navigation, and a clean maritime-inspired layout, we made extensive data and human stories accessible and engaging. High-quality photography and infographics were used to convey diversity, scale, and optimism, while maintaining CLIA’s global brand identity.

Results

The report successfully positioned the cruise industry as a forward-looking voice for sustainable and inclusive employment in the maritime sector. Its clear structure, strong visual storytelling and professional finish helped broaden understanding of the cruise industry’s global impact.
