The challenge
The European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) needed a short, engaging video capturing the highlights of its two-day conference “The Future of Data Protection: Effective Enforcement in the Digital World”. The task was to condense hours of footage into a concise narrative aligned with EDPS branding and ready for online dissemination.
What we did
We filmed key sessions, interviews and networking moments using a two-camera setup, ensuring full coverage of the event’s atmosphere and messages. In post-production, we crafted a clear storyline, added branded graphics and motion elements, and optimised the video for YouTube and the EDPS website, including captions for accessibility.
Results
The final highlights video effectively showcased the event’s key themes, extending its reach beyond participants. Visually consistent and professionally produced, it reinforced EDPS’s position as a leader in European data protection and provided reusable content for future communication.
