The challenge

European consumers do not always fully understand their rights, whether shopping online or travelling. The challenge was to explain these rights in a clear, accessible way that would resonate with a broad audience across different countries and contexts.

What we did

In cooperation with Tipik, we developed a distinctive visual identity for the campaign and designed a suite of communication assets, from publications to social media content, ensuring consistency, clarity and strong visual impact across all channels.

Results

The campaign was very positively received by both internal stakeholders and external audiences, strengthening awareness of consumer rights and reinforcing the credibility of the initiative.
