The challenge
Steel for Packaging Europe needed a high-quality image library to support its communications, but no suitable stock imagery existed. Available visuals failed to show steel packaging products in real-life use and offered little credible representation of recycling and circularity, making it difficult to communicate key messages clearly and consistently.
What we did
Morris & Chapman created a bespoke image and photo library using original photography, focused on steel packaging products in everyday use and on the recycling process across its key stages. We provided creative direction, art direction and production, ensuring all imagery felt authentic, while being versatile enough for use across policy, digital and campaign materials.
Results
The project delivered a robust, reusable image library that replaced stock photography entirely and gave Steel for Packaging Europe full control over its visual storytelling. The new assets strengthen communications around everyday relevance and permanent recyclability, and are now used consistently across websites, publications and advocacy campaigns.
