Stronger with Steel Exhibition
Illustrating steel’s critical role in prosperity, resilience and the green transition
The challenge
The European steel sector is at a pivotal juncture – grappling with global overcapacity, energy cost pressures and the transition to carbon-neutral production while remaining competitive and strategically autonomous within the EU industrial base. Communicating this complex set of economic, environmental and social challenges to EU policymakers and a broader Parliament audience required distilling technical industry narratives into compelling, accessible content that illustrates steel’s critical role in prosperity, resilience and the green transition.
What we did
In partnership with Fourtold, we developed and delivered an exhibition hosted at the European Parliament curating immersive, interactive displays that showcased the transformation of steelmaking. The installation featured tactile elements, real industrial artefacts and storytelling hubs.
Results
By combining experiential design with strategic narrative, the exhibition successfully brought the European steel story to life for key EU decision-makers and stakeholders, reinforcing the industry’s indispensable contribution to European prosperity, resilience and decarbonisation.
