The challenge

Olam Agri wanted to clearly and credibly communicate its workplace nutrition programme, designed to improve access to healthy, nutritious food for employees across very different cultural and geographic contexts. The challenge was to turn a complex, global initiative into a human, engaging story that would resonate internally and externally, while reflecting the scale of Olam Agri’s operations and the real impact on people’s everyday working lives.

What we did

Morris & Chapman developed and produced a short documentary-style video built around authentic voices and real-world settings. We managed end-to-end production, including shooting on location in India, The Netherlands, Ghana and Vietnam, capturing workplaces, canteens and employee stories across multiple continents. By combining on-the-ground footage, interviews and contextual visuals, we translated a global nutrition strategy into a clear, relatable narrative that highlighted both local adaptation and shared purpose.

Results

The final video delivered a compelling, people-focused story that brought Olam Agri’s workplace nutrition programme to life. It provided a versatile communications asset that could be used across digital channels, internal engagement and stakeholder outreach, helping to reinforce Olam Agri’s commitment to employee wellbeing and nutritious food. Most importantly, it showed how a global programme delivers tangible benefits on the ground, one workplace at a time.
